Manage Sponsors

To manage sponsors for an event:

1. Log into MRXPO web portal (https://www.mrxpo.com/join/)

2. Click on “Events”

3. Click on “Manage Sponsors” button for the event you want to manage. You must be the event admin (i.e. creator of the event) and have an active Event Organizer subscription to be able to do this.

4. Personalize your invite message

5. Enter sponsor contact name and email

6. Select Sponsor Level

7. Click “Send Invite”.

8. Sponsors must accept the email invite to become a sponsor.

9. After a sponsor accepts the invite, you can update sponsor level and assign a booth number (which determines the floor layout and functionalities of the booths).
